As standard, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by Deutsche Post or DHL. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.
If you want us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail before ordering (info [at] sirmittens.com) and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding item postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and we will tell you the shipping costs in case it is possible.
Shipping within Germany
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 2.90 EUR per order. From a gross order value of 30.00 EUR, shipping is free of charge.
Shipping within the EU
For shipping within the EU (Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus) we calculate the following flat rates:
Mail delivery: 3.00 EUR
Tracked parcel shipping: 7.50 EUR
Shipping outside Germany and the EU
At the moment we ship only to countries that are members of the European Union (EU).
When shipping within Germany and the EU
For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description.
- prepayment via bank transfer
- Credit card
- Google Pay
- Amazon Pay
We do not offer cash on delivery.
When shipping outside Germany and the EU
We do not deliver outside of Germany and the EU.
Detailed Information on the Individual Payment Options
prepayment via bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 14 days, stating the purpose. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Just a few steps to payment:
- At the checkout, select “PayPal” as the payment method.
- To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.

You can pay with Google Pay as part of the ordering process. For this purpose, you must confirm the payment via the mobile app "Google Pay" on a supported terminal device in compliance with verification steps. If the payment method "Amazon Pay" is selected, the payment will be processed using the payment and shipping information stored in the Amazon account.

Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods / ticket / or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The billing conditions can be found here.
Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

iDEAL is a payment method from the Netherlands where customers perform online transactions using their bank credentials.
Information on the Calculation of the Delivery Date
The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
