Description
Scenes from life in the industrial areas of northern England at the beginning of the 20th century and the matchstick men: Those are the trademark of L. S. Meowry, no, Lowry. The matchstick style comes into its own much better with four legs.
Going to Work or Going to the Match are the names of two of his more than 1,000 paintings. Since cats don't go to work or play, but do appreciate the fine art of gluttony, we appropriately call Niaski's feline interpretation of Lowry's work Going to Supper. The scene reminds us very much of the closing time of cat cafes, when they wait impatiently and in large crowds in front of the food counter.
The colorful art print is ideal for all people who live by the motto "better one cat more than too little". The purrfect gift for the hardcore cat fans among us!
