Description
In the last drafts of winter comes this inner longing for warm days: Finally, sun again! But not only we humans appreciate sunny days. Cats are also drawn to places where the sun sheds its light. Or do they just happen to always lie in the light beam? In any case, the cat in this art print has adopted the ultimate pose of laziness and enjoys every second. She reminds you to relax now and then.
Edward Hopper began painting the effects of sunlight as a young art student in Paris, and this interest continued throughout his career. He lived and worked in New York City and spent most of his summers on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He designed and built a sunny, secluded studio in Truro on the bluffs overlooking the ocean. This painting is based on the view from the back door of the studio.
This high-quality art print (A4) is signed by Niaski and printed with a white border on textured Accent Calisto paper by British brand G.F Smith. It is the perfect gift for cat lovers - you really can't go wrong here.
